How does the 30-day free trial work?

When you sign up for a new Mercury account, you will be given a 30-day free trial, and have access to all the features, and can add as many users as you like. Once the trial period is up, you can choose to enter your billing details and select the pricing plan that suits your business best.

What is a ‘user’?

A user is an employee or co-worker, i.e. you – the small business owner – and others within your organisation.

Mercury does not start at a single user license as it is designed to be a nifty collaboration tool within your organisation – you can set each other tasks, leave messages, chat, collaborate on projects, share documents, etc.

Can I add or remove users?

Yes, when you upgrade from a trial account to a pay account, you will be asked to confirm the number of users you intend to have, and the corresponding cost. You will be able to add or remove users before you confirm payment. You may also do so as a pay account. We do not pro-rate for partial months.

What web browsers work with Mercury?

Mercury is compatible with all major browsers: Internet Explorer 7 & 8, Firefox 2+, Chrome 5+ and Safari 5. It is also accessible as a web application via iPhone, iPad and Google Android™ based smart phones.
